CleanOne™ Pass-Through Chambers
- Standard material of construction is 304 grade stainless steel
- Access doors that feature a stainless steel door frame, static dissipative PVC windows and a one-piece, elastomer gasket
- Easy to open/close precision machined lift latches provide optimal compression of the door gasket
- Foolproof interlock mechanism that allows only one door at a time to be opened, preventing cross contamination

CleanOne™ Pass-Through Chamber Design – The CleanOne™ Pass-Through Chamber features standard square corners on the chamber sides and small radius corners along both door opening areas. Outer chamber continuous seam welds are ground and finished leaving smooth and easy surfaces. CleanOne™ Pass-Through Chambers are also available with an electro-polished finish, which removes any impurities, leaving homogenous surfaces for enhanced corrosion, stain and bacteria resistance. Each pass-through comes standard with two sets of stainless steel mounting
brackets, allowing the chamber to be secured, while closing off the wall opening in which it was placed.
To control cross contamination, each CleanOne™ Pass-Through features the same interlock mechanism that is installed on Cleanroom Synergy’s premium
BioClean™ Pass-Through Chamber. This interlock mechanism is durable and maintenance-free and ensures that no more than one door can be opened at a
time, thus controlling contamination influx to critical areas. The interlock mechanism itself is isolated in its own stainless steel compartment, which
is off-set to the side to the side of the chamber.
Since the access doors are the life line of the pass-through chamber, they are built to withstand rigorous use without failure. The unique door design allows
the gasket to be held in-place without an adhesive, eliminating the possibility for it to become displaced and fail to properly seal. Overall fabrication
materials allow for thorough cleaning with commonly used cleaners and disinfectants.
Standard pass-through chamber door features:
- Stainless steel frame protects the viewing window from damage, while creating a more rigid door assembly.
- Static dissipative PVC viewing window provides excellent chemical resistance and helps to control contamination attraction build-up
by safely dissipating the static charges in which they are attracted. - Heat-fused, one-piece elastomer gasket material provides excellent chemical resistance and will not creep, sag, over-compress, or out-gas.
- Heavy-gauge, stainless steel wrap-around hinges that prevent the doors from sagging and eliminates “hinge point compression” of the gasket material
(typical of piano style hinges). - Chrome plated precision machined billet aluminum compression lift latches that are easy to open and that ensure a positive door seal.
- All fastening hardware is of 18-8 grade stainless steel.
